Sign in, open Settings, and choose Delete account. We’ll send a confirmation code to your account email before closing access.

Eligible private data is removed within 30 days after confirmation. Shared family history, exported records and legal holds receive an itemized retention review; sharedness alone does not justify indefinite retention. Your receipt shows cleanup and review status.
